Rivki Stern Youdkevich is a strategy and business development expert, entrepreneur and boutique investment banker. Rivki has over two decades of experience in international management and business development as both executive and consultant.

As a CPA Rivki started her career in financial roles, and served as CFO of Tadiran Consumer Goods. She studied and worked in the US, Europe and Asia in financial and general management roles in the logistics industry. As an entrepreneur, Rivki co-founded social and biotech start-ups and is currently CEO of Shortwave Pharma, a drug developer in the field of mental health. In her investment banking capacity, Rivki led led go-public campaigns (NASDAQ: IMCC, CSE: IMCC) and raised over $30M for ag-tech as well as biotech companies in the fields of diagnostics, microbiome and medical services. She was Consultant to the Israeli government, accelerator programs and international NGOs. Rivki is expert in corporate governance and has served as member of the board in several life-sciences companies in Israel and the US, and currently board member at Migdalor investment fund.

Education
Rivki has a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tel-Aviv, and an MBA with a specialization in international Management from ASU (Arizona State University).

Rivki specializes in strategy and business development in an international setting and across industries, with an emphasis on agricultural and biopharmaceutical technologies. She has recently expanded her consulting firm’s presence to the US.
