Eytan Pardo-Roques is an Entrepreneur, Investor and Head of Business Development at Sarona Partners, and one of the founders of the group’s operations in the North.

Eytan is considered a leader in the Haifa business community, a young and energetic key figure in developing social and business opportunities in the north of the country. His efforts have enabled Sarona Partners to establish a long-lasting presence in Northern Israel, a region previously underestimated. Eytan has also inaugurated SigmaLabs in Haifa, a leading Israeli Accelerator. Today, he has built a vibrant business and innovation center in Midtown Haifa within Sarona Space, managing to reach full capacity even during the COVID pandemic.

Currently, he is looking to replicate his success in the South of Israel, through the establishment of an innovation center in the city of Ofakim, hoping to become the center of AgriFood -Tech in Israel.

Eytan holds an LLB and BA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, as well as an

MBA.  He is a Major (in res.) and a veteran of a special IDF combat unit.
