Rotem Pappe has served as Honorary Consul of Germany in Haifa since 2021 and is a Partner at Michael Pappe Law Firm, with offices in Haifa and Tel Aviv.

Her legal practice centers on civil and international law, with particular expertise in German, Austrian, Swiss, and broader European law. She represents international clients, including the Austrian and Swiss embassies, chambers of commerce, corporations, and private individuals, and maintains close professional engagement with courts, municipalities, and public authorities. Her work includes complex legal drafting and cross-border matters conducted in both Hebrew and English.

Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2016, Rotem has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service. She has volunteered extensively, assisting visually impaired law students and, more recently, providing legal support to individuals at the Labor Court in Haifa.
