Mr. Zvi Tropp was the Chief Economic Advisor for the Ministry of Defense from 1983–1988. Later, he served as a senior consultant with Zenovar Consultant Ltd. From 2003 until 2006, Mr. Tropp was the Chief Finance Officer of Enavis Networks, a member of the ECI group; a company engaged in the field of development of transport equipment for communication networks.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Tropp served as a board member on various organizations, including Rafael (Armament Development Authority), Beit Shemesh Engines, Rada-Electronic Industries, and as the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Bank Leumi Le’Israel Trust company Ltd.

Mr. Tropp served as the Chairman of Rafael from June 2006 to June 2007. During the years 2014-2017, he served as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of H.I.T (Holon Institute of Technology).

Mr.  Tropp holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture, and an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics. He has a degree in business administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

He is currently the Chairman of Aleh-Rehovot (N.P.O for the elderly), Vice Chairman of Beatzmi N.P.O, Board Member of Elbit-Medical and P.H.I. Israel, and a member of the High Investment Committee of the Technion.
